Simple Halloween Eyeballs
This is super easy to make and only take 10 mins to get done! You can use them as a standalone dessert or in a cocktail drink. Anyways they are super awesome and Longans are always yummy! You can replace Longans with Lychees instead. It really depends on the size of blueberries that you get. One year I used Lychees but the blueberries were quite small so they didn't "fit" snugly hence I had to go out and get a can of Longans instead. Umm Lychees are bigger than Longans btw.
Ingredients
Red food coloring or Red Dragonftuit
Instructions
Place a blueberry in the Longan / Lychee Use a toothpick to draw red streaks from the Pupil to the back of the eye
You can serve it as is on Stainless Stell tray (like a surgical kidney dish) and I paired it with some Ghost Shaped Almond Pudding.
