Fugly Chocolate Bombs

So there were many videos going around making chocolate bombs. Also I happened to see Dunkin Donuts Chocolate bombs selling at the Supermarket for $8! Cray cray, so decided to just have a go at making them, after all I had some dark couverture chocolate left at home still.

Stuff used

Half Sphere Silicon Molds

Ingredients for Cocoa Mix

Equal parts of each

• Cocoa Powder

• Milk Powder

• Sugar

Ingredients for Chocolate Bomb

• Couverture Choclate

• Cocoa Mix (above or just use Milo)

• Mini Marshmallows

• Sprinkles, just fun putting them in but you never really get to see them because they sink

Instructions for Chocolate Bomb

• Melt Chocolate in a double boiler

• Use a spoon to coat mold at least 2 to 3 times with Chocolate

• Let each coat harden before putting on next coat

• Put 2 table spoons of Cocoa Mix and as much fillings as you can fit

• Seal the two halfs with melted chocolate

Instructions for Chocolate Bomb

• Heat about 150ml - 200ml of milk to about 85C

• Dunk Chocolate Bomb in

• Melt and Stir

• Enjoy!
